Beautiful Grace turns one!

Our Beautiful sweet Grace turned one on the 7th of July. Here are a few things you should all know about her. She is the sunshine of the Black house. She is happy and loves to be silly. The moment she hears music or someone starts singing, she starts in on her dance moves. Mom is hoping that the dancing sticks. She knows what she wants, and it's getting harder and harder to distract her if it is something she can't have. Food usually does the trick! She is a good eater as you can tell from the pics.Gracie loves her baby doll and princess book that she opened on her birthday. She spun around in circles with her baby and loved sucking it's little head. Now she carries it around banging it's head on the table, floor, walls etc.(gotta love the motherly instincts coming out at such a young age!) Grace has every single one of us wrapped tightly around her cute little fingers. We love her so much and are happy she is one of us! Her birthday was a fun day. Grace loves to be outside and is always going to the front door. She loves birdies and so we decided to take her to the Tracy Aviary for her birthday outing. She loved it! We had a the cake eating ceremony later that evening and she didn't even hesitate, she grabbed with both fists and went for it, eating more sugar than her little body has ever experienced. She was up until after 11 pm.
