Adam's milestone

Adam had a fun birthday party this year! He decided that he wanted an army party. On the invitation we said that the kids could dress up in camo and come ready for basic training. We had a fun obstacle course set up and Nathan was the drill sergeant and had the boys line up for inspection before the basic training. We then had treats and opened the presents and then the boys had a nerf gun war for the rest of the time. We did set up targets they could shoot at for practice. I think we now own 10-12 nerf guns. We had about six and then he opened up many more on his birthday. Does anybody want some?

Here is another one of those proud moments in life, when you just feel so grateful to the Lord for your wonderful children and the good choices that they make. Adam had a great baptism day and we loved spending it with family and friends. As Adam was coming out of the font, he told Nathan that he felt "really good". I am so proud to be his mom.
